herbstluftwm 0.5.1 release

Due to some bug fixes of bugs in the 0.5.0 release, there is 0.5.1 now!
The main changes of this quick release are described in the NEWS[1] file
and in the shortlog:

Beside the use_previous command it consists of fixups only. The tarballs
can be found at the usual place[2].
