herbstluftwm 0.4.1 release

Hi,

Because of multiple build system issues I decided to release another
stable version based on v0.4 called v0.4.1. It now also builds on Debian
GNU/Hurd. Thanks to all contributors:

$ git shortlog v0.4..v0.4.1
Christoph Egger (2):
      Honor CPPFLAGS
      Only use __MACH__ if really needed

      Separate CFLAGS and CPPFLAGS
