herbstluftwm 0.4 release

After a development of four months I'm proud to release herbstluftwm 0.4
(git-tag: v0.4). Thanks to all patch submitters who worked on the
current release:

Note to users
-------------
The list of user visible changes can be seen in the NEWS[1] file, in
which only one requires user interaction when performing an upgrade:

  window_gap is now called frame_gap

So you have to replace window_gap by frame_gap in your autostart and
other scripts.

Note to package maintainers
---------------------------
The make variable INSTALLDIR is not used anymore in preference of
DESTDIR and PREFIX. For more information see config.mk and the README
file or look at the Arch Linux PKGBUILD[2] for an example usage.

The tarballs are referenced at the homepage and are listed here[3].
