[PATCH] Add git version info to version.mk and "hc version"

Since I had some "bugs" which I later noticed were just the wrong
binary running, this is something I'd have liked for a long time.

Basically, if a .git directory exists, and git is in the users PATH,
it will add a "(short-commit-id)" to "hc version":

  $ hc version
  herbstluftwm 0.5.1-git (30518f8) (built on Jun 17 2013)

This might also make it easier to troubleshoot bugs in the feature,
because users can tell us devs which version they're running exactly,
if they're using the -git version.
